A Letter of Authority gives me ''the broker'' permission to enter you ''the business'' into a contract with an Energy Supplier. This allows me to query information on your behalf and enter into a contract on your behalf. No, we don't cancel your current contract. The way it works is we will get the provider to send you your new terminals by courier. When they are set up and transacting and you receive your first settlement into your bank then you cancel your old provider. We will supply you the details to cancel.
