Why should I use you to manage my Energy accounts?Great Question. The reason why is because not only do you get to save money but you get a personal approach each time. When you click on the ''contact'' page on the website - this information comes to me and you will receive a phone call from myself and not someone sitting in an office who will ask you 101 questions before passing you to a consultant!

Will I get an account manager?Yes, of course! I will be your personal account manager for the initial lenght of the contract with your supplier to make sure everything goes smoothly then as we build that trust in our relationship then I may pass you on to our in house account managers. Don't worry though - I will be available to meet you or take a phonecall at any time.

Do I sign a contract with you as a broker?No, you will not sign a contract with me. Of course with the energy companies you will sign a contract which can be 12 or 24 months depending on what you choose. However, you will sign a Letter of Authority.

What is a ''Letter of Authority''?A Letter of Authority gives me ''the broker'' permission to enter you ''the business'' into a contract with an Energy Supplier. This allows me to query information on your behalf and enter into a contract on your behalf. What it doesn't allow me to do is enter you into another contract after 12 months without your permission.

How do I know if you are giving me a cheaper price?All documentation that we supply to you in regards pricing on both Energy and Merchant Services are on the suppliers headed paper with their logo so everything is transparent and clear. I will work out the savings with you in a clear and concise manner so you do not need to worry. A calculator never lies!

Will you cancel my current energy contract?Yes. How it works is that when one supplier takes over your MPRN or GPRN, then your current supplier stops issuing you bills. We always recommend when switching with us to supply a meter reading so if your meter is estimated then you will get charged on the correct unit rate for the time you used the electricity or gas.

Will I get payment next day if I sign up for a Card Machine with you?Yes. We only deal with payment providers that pay the next day settlement. If you are a pub that settles your machine at 2.00am then you will receive payment the next working day.

I am a new business opening up. Can you help me do all the services you offer?Of course, I work with new business all the time. We can get you set up on your Energy contracts to avoid large deposits and have you start taking payments swiftly. All we need is you to give us 3 weeks notice of when you are opening and a lease agreement.

Do I need to call you when I am coming out of contract?No, we will call you. You can sit back and focus on your business and we will get in touch to renew or switch your contracts.

Will you cancel my Merchant Service account that I currently have?No, we don't cancel your current contract. The way it works is we will get the provider to send you your new terminals by courier. When they are set up and transacting and you receive your first settlement into your bank then you cancel your old provider. We will supply you the details to cancel.
